DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This document contains information about how JobAnimation.eu treats your personal data and how such data is exchanged with other Members of JobAnimation.eu. In accordance with that set forth in Article 13 of the Data protection code (Legislative decree 30 June 2003, n. 196) JobAnimation.eu informs you as follows;

"Users" refers to all users of the Website www.JobAnimation.eu. "Members" refers to users who have registered for the services of JobAnimation.eu and therefore may use the services offered by JobAnimation.eu, depending on the type of subscription.

1.Collecting, Processing and Use of DataAll information collected on the Website will be used solely to provide you with the JobAnimation.eu services for which you have registered.

JobAnimation.eu does not pass your "Personal Data" onto third parties, for advertising or marketing nor for any other purposes unless your express consent has been given.

2. Use of Personal DataJobAnimation.eu retains and gives your personal data to other Members and third parties which are involved in providing the services for which you have registered. Such third party's cannot use your personal data other than for the assistance it gives JobAnimation.eu in providing the services.

By registering with JobAnimation.eu and by managing your profile, or opting in when presented with choices, you have consented for us to use your information, subject to local law, in the following ways:

• to allow you to create an account;
• to create a profile for you based on information that you have provided to us;
• to contact you about JobAnimation.eu Site updates, informational and service-related communications, including important security updates;
• to provide you additional communications, information, and promotions such as newsletters and career advice;
• to inform you of other products or services available from JobAnimation.eu;
• to enable you to provide feedback, to contact us and for us to respond to you;
• to provide information about you and your potential interest in job postings to employer Members;
• to provide products and services to employer Members to complete the recruitment and hiring process, such as accessing the searchable Curriculum database;
• to provide products and services that enable Members/Users to network, post information on bulletin boards, view and compare profiles, and career background and experience;
• to generate internal reports about the use of our site.

Some of our services, such as our searchable Curriculum database and networking, enable third parties to see your personal information and to contact you. Profile information may be used for networking with other Members or may be visible to employers who are using the JobAnimation.eu webite. In addition, portions of your searchable curriculum (but not your contact information) may be made public in your profile.

2.1 RegistrationFor the registration process, JobAnimation.eu collects the following data (mandatory fields):

• First Name
• Last Name
• Gender
• Street Address
• City
• Country
• E-Mail
• Studies area
• Professional area
• Profession

Your password and/or your user name will not be visible to other Members or Users. JobAnimation.eu will not disclose or pass your password (crypted) and/or your user name to any third party.

2.2 Voluntary DataAny Member may provide additional information about himself/herself on a voluntary basis ("Voluntary Data"). The Voluntary Data is accessible to all other Members. Each Member may choose from the following Voluntary Data:

• Province/District/Department
• Phone number
• Mobile number
• Fax number
• Company
• School
• Skills
• Photo
• Profile/Curriculum (Premium Member)
• Web Url (Premium Member)
• Networks Urls: Asifa Italia, Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube (Premium Member)

Furthermore, each Premium Member may provide additional information about the film projects with which he/she is or has been involved (Works).

2.3.Visibility of personal dataJobAnimation.eu informs you that you have the right to access, correct and/or delete your personal information from the website. You also have the right to object to the use of your personal data for commercial prospecting. This objection may however, for technical reasons, prevent you from using the Services offered by JobAnimation.eu.
Any request to exercise the right of access, rectification and/or cancellation must be made in writing, be signed by the Member, include the address to which the response should be given, be accompanied by proof of identity; and sent by mail to the following address: ja@jobanimation.eu.

2.3.1As a Member the following data you authorise JobAnimation.eu to make your personal data available to Users and other Members on the JobAnimation.eu website and eventually to and through other channels which Members and third parties accessing the JobAnimation.eu website through linked sites can have access to as follows:

• Your Profile
• Members Personal Website
• Your work/portfolio
• Links to: Asifa Italia, Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube

2.3.2If a Member has uploaded information/material on his film project(s), these film projects will be visible for other Members or Non-Member Users.

3. Access, Revocation and Cancellation3.1The Members have the right to access and get disclosed all their data stored by JobAnimation.eu. The Members furthermore have the right of rectification of incorrect Personal Data respectively
cancellation/blocking of Personal Data stored without permission.

3.2As far as Personal Data can only be processed or used contingent upon the Member's consent, Members have the right to revoke their consent at any time. If the Member avails this right, JobAnimation.eu shall erase the relevant Personal Data.

3.3Article 7 of the Italian data protection code confers upon you the following rights:
the right to be informed:

1. of the source of the personal data;
2. of the purposes and methods of the processing;
3. of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
4. of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated to process personal information in States outside of the EU. as per Section 5(2) of the code;
5. of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

You shall have the right to obtain

1. updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
2. erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
3. certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

3.4You shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,

1. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
2. to the processing of personal data concerning you, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys. However, this objection prevent you from using the Services offered by JobAnimation.eu.

4. NewsletterJobAnimation.eu, or third parties authorised by JobAnimation.eu regularly sends out newsletters to all Members. Members must authorise JobAnimation.eu to send this newsletter when registering.

5. Third Party SitesJobAnimation.eu may contain links to third party websites. These linked third party sites are not under the control of JobAnimation.eu, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the contents of any linked site, or any link contained in a linked site. We are providing these links only as convenience, and the inclusion of a link on our website does not imply endorsement of the linked site by JobAnimation.eu. If we are notified that such a website infringes legal regulations, the link will be subsequently removed by us.

6. Internet The Member/User declares that he/she is familiar with Internet use and in particular acknowledges that the Internet is an open network that cannot be controlled by JobAnimation.eu, that data exchanged over the Internet could possibly be accessed by third parties. The Member/User warrants that he/she is protected against the risk of hacking or piracy and understands that any communication of sensitive information is done at his/her own risk.

In general, it is recommended that Members/ Users handle their personal information with great caution; we remind you that you are personally responsible for your communications, their disclosure and the consequences of any such disclosure.

7. ResponsibilityJobAnimation.eu will in no case be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, including damage caused to Members/Users due to use of the site - particularly the Site's services, which would increase overhead costs, loss of financial profit, image or exploitation, loss of data, files or software, a disturbance of the activity of the Member/User, or formed by actions brought by third parties against the Member/User.

8. Changes to these Terms and ConditionsIf it becomes necessary to amend these Terms and Conditions, you will be notified of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection via e-mail to the e-mail account provided to JobAnimation.eu in the course of your registration.

9. Accessibility of these Terms and Conditions on Data ProtectionThese Terms and Conditions on Data Protection are accessible from the JobAnimation.eu website under the link "Terms & Conditions" at the foot of the page.
